Summary

This PR creates a description list.

Explain the motivation for making this change. What existing problem does the pull request solve?

If a user wants to create a list that that has automatic indentations, they can use this inline list to create a list that has indentations for a visual distinction.

How to review this PR

Notes

Orginally I was trying to make an inline-list so the name of this PR is incorrect. This is how a description-list (thanks to you Amanda!)
