Summary

This PR fixes/implements the following bugs/features

Visual boundary of form fields lacks 3 to 1 color contrast.

Explain the motivation for making this change. What existing problem does the pull request solve?

Non text elements like boundaries, focus indicators, icons must have at least 3 to 1 color contrast against the background

[ ] Now measure the color contrast for all the text field boundaries against the background white color
[ ] Ensure that the new color contrast is high enough: #4c4c4c to #ffffff
