[BUG] Replace PlaceIMG for image placeholders #93

Describe the bug PlaceIMG is deprecated and we should replace with another service.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Visit any Storybook page using an image
  2. Note that the PlaceIMG placeholder image has a deprecated watermark

Expected behavior Placeholder images should be from a stable service.
