[BUG] Icons and similar resources missing from compiled storybook and GH Pages #96

Describe the bug Icons and similarly loaded files do not appear to be bundled when building a release build of storybook or deploying to GitHub Pages

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new Emulsify Drupal project with Compound components
  2. Build and deploy to GH Pages
  3. Navigate to the GH Pages site, open the Images / Icons story

Expected behavior Icons should be shown
