Several bugs coupled in one:

The rhs DEIM object was being added to the RomConstructor.FORCING block, instead of RomConstructor.RHS
The DiscreteEmpiricalInterpolation.interpolate method did not make use of the which variable.
The deim_rhs collateral basis was not projected.
