FEATURE: Null Image Solution #4

Currently, the issue with missing images for artists and album arts has been patched using a default image. But a better solution should be investigated. Possibly, a user could choose to ignore missing images in the options, then instead the request would be for all 99 stored content items, and the missing images would be filtered out before cutting down for the grid size.
