so finally got it work i messaged in the group forums..
some reason it displays the formatted but it will not add to database it will not read the database. i tried Windows CallClerk and there program works fine with this modem it pops up the number
but either the program needs an extra return or something?
i changed my number so its not mine but it displays it .. in non debug it just shows RING
