Plugin does not install on FireFox 8 #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install xpi on FireFox 8.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FireFox 8.0 on WinXP SP3

The problem is not with the plugin, but with the Firefox manifest. I've upped 
the max version of r39 to 20, should be safe for a few months.
