Ashley The most important thing to finish by next week is: For the on trip experience, I think it is important for the user to be able to determine their real time location, so maybe implementing Geo tracking or being able to export the route to Google Maps would be good. With this implementation I feel that your website would be more complete because it would be able to create the route and guide the user real time!

Michael The most important thing to finish by next week is a marker displaying a user’s location. This way, if a user is in the middle of two locations or not on the path to the next destination, he or she can get back on track. In addition, it would be cool if the directions auto-updated based on the user’s location. That way a user can simply follow the next direction given rather than having to go through all of the instructions and figure out which direction is the most applicable to them. I like the look of your app and how locations will be suggested as you type!

Scott The most important thing to finish by next week is being able to see the total trip time. I like how it currently displays the individual trip times from location to location, but I also think it would very valuable to know how long the total trip would take. Another less-important thing that could be implemented could be being able to browse for trips by themes such as traveling, food, or nature. Sometimes users won’t know exactly what they’re looking for but will have a general idea. In this case, a browse feature would be useful. Otherwise, it looks great and most of the core functionality is there!

Tina The most important thing to finish by next week is: For displaying trips on the Explore page, I would like to be able to easily see the name/title of the trips. Other additional info that could be displayed with the tiled lists could be the time the list was created and the user that created the list. Overall, the Explore page and the rest of the app look very nice!

Our Team Name: A6 - Strawberry Jam Github: github.com/emyew/ACME Team A7: ACME Tiffany: It is visually really nice. It is a really nice interface. I like it alot. It is very clean and intuitive to understand and navigate. I don’t know if this is supposed to happen but My Lists and Profile lead to the same link. I think that the priority would to be to get the explore page functioning rather than having filler images. I wish that there was an option that the user can start the trip from their current location (this location wouldn’t be hard coded so that if other users wanted to access the trip, it would start from their current location). I really like how you can rearrange the order to the “stops” on the trip after you have inputted them. This makes editing the trips very easy and simple. Another cool addition would be to instead of favoriting a trip, maybe forking or copying it so that the user can add onto that trip to make it more customizable to their own needs. So the other user’s trip would be a baseline for them. I don’t think that you need the landing page in the beginning, just go straight to the explore page since there isn’t really any information vital on that initial landing page. Jason: I think the most important thing to finish by next week is the ability to explore other user’s trip lists. Right now, when you try to click on something in the list of trip lists, it goes to a blank page. Another important part of your app is the login screen, so I would work on finishing that too. I would also get the favorites feature working too. Also, when I’m logged in and in mobile view, there is no way to logout. And for some reason, when I go directly from a playlist to “My Lists” it first redirects me to a 404 error page.

Jimmy: I like the design and the color scheme of the app. The most important thing to finish up for next week is getting the functionality to work better. Right now it seems that it only give you direction on how to get from one place to another. I think that being able to see the different points of interest that are along the route pop up on the map would be a very important thing to get to work. Apart from that, it would be cool to see the “Explore” page be more functional with the different map layouts, having people be able to comment and rate the routes would be a big plus as well! If these two things can be done by next week your app will be really cool and of great use as well. Good luck!

Stephanie: I like the explore display with the trip name and mood tags, it looks very clean and easy for users to understand. It would be nice in the future to see a profile of all the trips you have planned, and maybe categories of your trips, for example based on area. It would be nice to be able to save people's trips and have them in categories such as pinterest does, so you can be spontaneous, or decide later. A tutorial or help page for people that don’t know how to make their own playlist would be helpful, or maybe an intro video that explains the use of your app.
