vagrant-triggers fails on loading hashie/hashie_extensions #15

After installing vagrant-triggers:

$ vagrant reload
Vagrant failed to initialize at a very early stage:

The plugins failed to load properly. The error message given is
shown below.

cannot load such file -- hashie/hash_extensions

hrm, seems like some other plugin causing this. just happened when I installed triggers.
