add run_remote example to README.md #54

run_remote is an incredibly powerful feature of this plugin and it is not documented. I discovered it buried in this issue: https://github.com/emyl/vagrant-triggers/issues/8

This minor update highlights some basic use-cases near the top of the README to make it easier for new users to get started.
