There's not a lot to talk about here.

flatbread is the only word I can unconditionally recommend.

leucocyte and biriani actually show up in some ESL dictionaries. However, it appears the preferred US spellings are leukocyte and biryani. biryani might be primarily English usage (being an Indian food).

birthweight was in one dictionary I consulted, but the two word form was preferred.

Francophile(s) is kind of borderline, but my feeling is that it should be added.

None of the above words were shown by Kevin's tool as in en_US.
