The "pluralization" affix (flag S) isn't sufficiently comprehensive to handle English words ending in the letter "h". In general, only those words that end in "...sh" or "...ch" get an "es" suffix; virtually all other words that end in "...h" get a simple "s" suffix (words that end in "...the" fall to the general rule).

How to pluralize words ending in -ch depends on their pronunciation! "marches" vs. "monarchs".
