Can I assume that the capitalization is irrelevant, except for the three acronyms?

HVAC should clearly be added. i will try to address the remainder when I have more time.

Surely you already have malware, freeware, and vertices. I hope you have indices (which of indexes and indices is preferred depends on the context and the subject matter - they are both valid plurals).

Intranet used to be an important word, but it may be a bit obsolete. But the Firefox spelling checker isn't flagging it, so you probably already have it. (I hate it when people suggest words that are already in the list!)

transaxle I commented on in another request.

I think acceptance of biofuels, hydropower, melanism and microstructure(s) is pretty reasonable.

If Wordpad is just the old Windows word-processor/editor app, I have some doubts that it gets enough use to justify its inclusion.

I have no opinion (and generally, no knowledge) for the rest.
