All dictionaries show "licence" as the UK variant of "license":
However, "licenced" itself is missing from these dictionaries, except Merriam-Webster:
For what it's worth, "licenced" is considered nonstandard and archaic by the Wiktionary. Still, perhaps it could be added to the very large UK English dictionary.
