enable different popup patterns ⚙ #43

Expected Behavior

When an event starts it should trigger all new popups to appear according to a pattern that's been established in the event's details when it was created.

These patterns should be made available as a list of options to choose from when content creators define an event in the CMS so this pr will probably include backend changes.

Any pattern set for an event should be overridden if the audience member has turned on quiet mode.

Popups always behave the same way

This is potentially getting dropped following a discussion with the client.

Popups currently get displayed in a 3 by 3 grid, which the arebyte team is happy with.
