Description

Closes #174

New contributors were not spotting the invite to the discord server so that has been updated in our documentation now.

Files changed

CONTRIBUTING.md has only had the discord invite link updated as I created a new one
README.md now mentions connecting with the core team via discord right under our guidance to check the rest of the documentation

UI changes

No changes to the UI 🙅

This is a documentation issue so all changes are listed above
