-Updates to ConversationCard component

Now contains partner avatar and username as well as item description
enhanced mobile styling
different focus effect to selected conversation on desktop
- Changes to db
  - created functions to handle complex fetch requirements for cards fetching and updating.
  - Migration added to handle above
