Description

Closes #202 Closes #203

Added further guidance on how to handle contributions that include changes to the database (issue #202)

I've also addressed issue #203 in this PR as it's a documentation issue that only required moving two .md files to the root for better visibility.

Files changed

• BEFORE_YOUR_FIRST_ISSUE.md & CONTRIBUTING.md - added reference to the supabase official documentation for contributors looking to push changes to the database
• PRIVACY.md & LICENSE.md moved to the root in order to get highlighted by github on our repo
