New Filtering Feature 🧮 #257

Expected Behaviour

[ ] Users should be able to filter items by all the possible sub-categories when they browse the /search page.
[ ] Once a user has set their filters these should be remembered on their next visit to the /search page.

This issue is dependent on #256

Current Behaviour

Users have to select what items to filter for each time they navigate into the /search page.

Steps to Reproduce

Log into Kindly
Visit /search
Select your filters when prompted
Navigate to the Home page
Navigate back to /search and you will need to select your filters again
