Is BRLCAD import meant to be present in the import menu on enGrid 1.4.0?

The objective is to hide this option, since it's outdated.

Actually, after giving some thought and looking at the code, I suggest that this is kept for this version, deprecating it only on enGrid 1.5.

Therefore, I'm closing this issue/question.
