transmission doesn't start on sdb1 #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set download folder to sdb1 (or its subdir)
2. start transmission
3. cannot start!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
transmission running on sdb1 or its subdir

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2

sorry, dont know what i did, it just started on sdb1 now!
