Time zone settings #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Instead of including only one city for each time zone, include several 
cities and add the time zone offset so it can be set very clearly, don't have 
to guess which city is in your timezone. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'll second this, the default firmware actually does a very good job with its 
list. May I suggest simply copying it?

As a Canadian it is only by luck that I knew Denver was in Mountain Time.

yeah, just the same as the default firmware would actually help it alot.

ICELAND is not in the same timezone as LONDON. In london they have 
DaylightSavings. But here in Iceland we have GMT+0 all year...

Indeed - same could be said for Queensland/Australia, which has the same 
timezone as Sydney/Australia, -but- the state of Queensland does not use 
daylight savings time in summer ; all other eastern states do - perhaps a 'use 
daylight saving' switch or just include the specific (Queensland/Australia) 
locale?

I'm looking into this. I'm just having trouble finding a complete set of 
timezone definitions.

Ok.. added the time zones from that page. I didn't verify that they are all 
correct though.

I also made a few other changes to get the size of the time config page down. 
Hopefully that didn't break anything.
