Current legislation does not exist. Every lawyer seems to have a differing opinion on what stablecoins and cryptoassets are even classified as.
We should put very clear notices to ensure that lenders are aware of all risks. We should communicate this as clearly as possible, including risk of Ines' default, smart contract risks.
We should hold the Ines Fund crowdfund in (possibly) a Singapore company for liability purposes, to prevent developers from having individual responsibility
