Finalize scope of "Proof-of-concept" Loan: the Enable stablecoin loan stack, with ines.fund as proof-of-concept deployment?

Giving more thought to the "Proof-of-concept" MVP fundraise for Ines: I think we should delineate the difference between:

• Enable Credit (www.enable.credit): An open source suite for stablecoin loans - Dai loan contract, Dai crowdfund, open source dApp for managing fundraise, issuance of debt tokens, lender withdrawals
• Ines Fund (www.ines.fund): a proof-of-concept deployment of the Enable loan stack

This greatly reduces the amount of stuff we have to build on the frontend (e.g landing page, all loans).

Building it as an open source kit also encourages people to deploy it and run their own fundraisers - I'd be interested to see what other use cases people think of. Almost like an Crowdsale or ERC20 standard, but for crowdfunded stablecoin loans.

I think this scope is well thought-out.

I like the idea of the open source components - now that we're building based on open-zeppelin as much as possible I definitely could see our smart contracts becoming infrastructure layer.
