Updated rules in Aiton_Unicode.gdl in commit 08989b11cf

Awaiting font review.

Upper arm for u103c.nar.udia needs to be shortened. Currently overstrikes upper vowels.

Upated rules tested successfully. Modifying glyph remaining requirement.
