Add support for doubling of finals - reduplication #4

Need to add support for the doubling of certain vowels / finals to express a reduplication. The characters that can double in this way are

use ligature for u103a?

For others use mark to mark positioning or ligatures

The virama is the one most urgent for the forthcoming Tai Phake dictionary
