Currently U+1031 is not reordered visually when following U+103D.

g103d? needs to be inserted into Aiton_Behaviour.gdl L15

Fix in commit f8485bed2ddbda79b6fbf1ddbdd885f7a1e2a8ba

Todo:

[x] apply fix to graphite file [ ] regenerate font [ ] test font rendering [ ] generate web fonts and push to repo
