Issue Resolved / Feature Added

In order to migrate to SCSS, each Sandstone component styling must be converted one at a time.

Resolution

Converted styling to SCSS for Steps, Switch, SwitchItem, TimePicker, useScroll, VideoPlayer, VirtualList and WizardPanels Sandstone components.
