Add a map to guide contributors to Enarx components that match their interests

I recommend cloning this branch and opening the website locally. The graph's color scheme was created with our current website's black background in mind.

I gave this a test run with someone who is not familiar with Enarx or our repo organization and their comments were basically that it is opaque and hard to follow...

Does anyone have any ideas for alternatives?

Other suggestions could be to break this down into a structured text document with sections.

"I want to work on:

• Trusted execution environment support (keepldr, sev, sgx, ...)
• Kernel/shim, syscall proxying (shim-sev, shim-sgx, etc)
• Documentation
• CI (bot, bot-tests, other github actions)
• Runtime (enarx-wasmldr) -- or upstream contributions to wasmtime / WASI spec discussions
• Testing/QE
• I just want to write some Rust! (crt0stack, frenetic, [..other crates..])"
