Clean up and reorganize before release #76

This crate has grown some cruft over time. It should be reevaluated.

In particular, we should have feature flags (sev, sev-es and sev-snp) where only the types needed for that hardware level are exposed.

Oops, closed the wrong issue. Although we probably want to close it anyway, since we're deprecating this crate (by moving it to enarx upstream)?
