Header in Enatega Multivendor Admin not performing according to proper UI/UX #193

Describe the bug 1- Enatega Dashboards Avatar full is not clickable 2- Welcome message is not needed and should be removed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on Avatar Icon
