支持Yolo-fastest？ #64

感谢@enazoe做的非常棒的工作！ Yolo-fastest已经发布，据说比yolov4-tiny精度要高。 我尝试着直接把Yolo-fastest训练好的weights文件和cfg文件引入工程，但是似乎有不能解析的layer。 不知道您有没有兴趣将Yolo-fastest加入到这个项目中呢？

@opentld 好的，我去看下yolo-fastest的性能和效果，如果不错的话可以实现下，如果您有qq的话可以加群讨论，群号在readme
