What do you think about create `project-stab` for `enb-bh` with common block lib? #10

@pahaz You may use http://bem.info/tools/bem/bem-stub/ to generate such a stub easily.

Solved for me, I create project on linux and copy them on windows. https://github.com/pahaz/bem-project-stub-with-bh-and-enb my stub.
