bh also should mimic on server, due to usage in express-bem-render.

@sameoldmadness don't you think it's better to add knowledge about different template engines to express-bem-render?

it's already possible to configure an alias for bh on a client. It seems concise to provide the same option on a server.

surely, it's not about express-bem-render in particular.

should I bother preparing a pull request?
