Fixed tests with phantom #45

Executed phantomjs instead of mocha-phantomjs
Used require('phantomjs').path to get bin path
Used mocha-phantomjs as script for phantomjs
Moved runPhantom function to lib
Separated bh-client and bh-client-module fixtures dd8e06e
Upped time for writeFile
