hover card shows wrong account #3

Describe the bug hovering a link to cohost.org/aura displays the card for cohost.org/aurahack

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to cohost.org/aura
  2. hover the username link
  3. See card for cohost user aurahack

Expected behavior see card for cohost user aura

Huh, some queries apparently don't rank results by handle match alone. The more you know. I've added a verification step, so it should now double check what project the API handler is returning.
