Incorrect decimation when feeding duplicated datapoints #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add the attached demo file to project, the input data is in the same file.
2.Add it to the demo using addExample(new BugDemo());
3.Run demo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the saw tooth problem from the attached screenshot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0
