Feature: use what3words to specify location #274

Just an idea. For example, I could update the specfile via command line using singers.restriction.before and verifying thats the location I want using https://what3words.com/singers.restriction.before

Not sure how web3 native and OSS this service is but could improve UX for setting communities up and adding new locations.

nice idea. However, I believe we should rather go for a decent web ui directly that allows to set up a community spec without coding
