remove local runtimes and depend on encointer's fork of fellowship/runtimes https://github.com/encointer/runtimes (thanks to this fork, we stay independent in terms of implementation timeline)
abandon launch runtime altogether. It's no good way to start a chain anyway IMO
collator is now as close to parachain-template as possible (custom rpc's, of course)
srtool & try-runtime are part of CI in fellowship/runtimes repo. not needed anymore in CI here
pardon the monolithic PR, but it would have been extra futile work to migrate the runtimes too before deleting them (and deleting them first wouldn't work because sdk version mismatch with fellows runtimes)
