UX for Unread Community Messages #1470

The home screen should have some always visible indication that invites the user to scroll down to see unread messages

Add a blue dot on the top right corner of the home symbol if there are unread messages. If the home button is clicked, the app centers the latest message and removes the "unread" dot.
