View student responses for each task in TA Tools #39

In TA Tools, for each task, make student answers for the associated step viewable (i.e. similar to Teacher Tools grading)

Issue #40 requests changes to the TA Tools tasks table. One of the new columns would contain a "Show Work" button for each step. This would expand a panel immediately below the task to show associated text and images of a step. A mock-up is currently being designed.

Alternatively, perhaps like Teacher Tools grading, each row can be clickable and expand to show the student's work for that step.
