Student delete/hide discussion post #51

Allow students to delete their own posts in the discussion component.

Expected functionality:

student can delete their own discussion post
student cannot delete others' discussion posts

When post is deleted:

the post is hidden from all students' view
in data export, post is shown but marked as deleted by the student
