Remove "Task" timer when student changes steps #82

Steps

create a step with a timer and a duration
as a student, navigate to the step with a timer, then navigate to the next step

Test

The timer should be deleted (not keep running)
If the student returns to the step, the timer should start over from the full duration

@JoelWiebe can you specify which steps. This is not the behavior I see with 'amy demo'

@aperritano when you enter a timer step, then promptly move to the next step and wait, you don't get a pop-up once the timer runs out (while you're on the next step)?
