Merged with WISE5.20.0 #93

Changes between 5.14.1 (last time SCORE synced with WISE on Aug 1 in this PR https://github.com/encorelab/SCORE/pull/57) and 5.20 in WISE have been merged into SCORE. You can see the notable changes in WISE here: https://github.com/WISE-Community/WISE/releases

Before you start, you might need to clear the Redis database by running

$ redis-cli
flushall

Test that everything works as before:

Good catch. The logo vertical centering issue has been fixed in WISE and merged back into this PR. Can you please review again?
