Problem with Cyrillic characters #61

I am working on translating the Dungeon Master's Guide to Neverwinter into Ukrainian. Overall, everything is going well, but I'm encountering an issue when creating the Table of Contents.

The top-level section titles, such as "Introduction" or "Locations of Neverwinter," do not have any problems. I suspect this is because their links are specified in the slug field, which I don't modify during translation.

However, I'm facing issues with subsections like "About this Guide" or "Castle Never" during translation. If I leave their original links but change the title to Cyrillic, I get the following error: warn: Could not find the link content or page number for "#about-this-guide" when generating a table of contents. Additionally, in the generated PDF, there is no page number information, and the links don't work. ENP_1 ENP_2

On the other hand, if I change the links to Cyrillic as well, I still encounter an error, and the PDF doesn't display page numbers, but, the links work. ENP_3

Perhaps if there's no way to fix this issue, is there a way to manually create the table of contents or specify a Slug for each subsection?

How are the cyrillic characters being "slugified"? There should be an entry in the log at the bottom that tells you what slugs were created - you should just need to make the links match. Excited to see the Neverwinter Guide being translated into Ukranian!
