Permanently delete of notes/tags/... while syncing #101

Now that DropBox/RemoteStorage sync is working, there is another problem: permanent deletion of notes gotten out of Trash ("Delete forever"), tags etc. It's not working.

Notes being kicked off Trash will be restored during another sync – in Trash. That is not normal because obviously I don't want kicked off note to get back anymore.

Please, fix the sync in terms of permanent deletion.
