improve formatting toolbar and wysiwyg mode #22

If I just want to write a formatted note without entering markdown, it would be nice if there was a mode that just showed the formatted version and let me change the formatting using the toolbar

The toolbar isn't very complete as far as markdown features go (and could probably also be improved) but I can consider this as an enhancement.
