Fix app keybindings and keybindings help menu #53

Application keybindings weren't working, weren't showing up on the keybindings setting page and the keybindings help menu wasn't working

This PR aims to fix this

I thought there was a reason the keybindings were flattened to the same level as the rest of the config. I can't seem to figure out what it was though, and this doesn't introduce any issues that I can see, so I'll merge.
