Fix electron packaging

Also remove some useless files/functions and fix images not found

This is good. I noticed that 'gulp release' quietly breaks if 'gulp build' hasn't be done yet. Logically, it would be weird not having some sort of build if you're running a release task, but I will update that to kick one off just in case.
